Your FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
SENATE BILL 64, as amended
has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. On page 8, line 19, strike the second occurrence of "and".
2. On page 8, line 24, strike the period and closing quotation mark and insert in lieu thereof "; and" and between lines 24 and 25, insert:
"(6) consult with a committee of school district superintendents and charter school head administrators selected by their peers on a quarterly basis to plan and implement continuous improvement measures related to the systems and services provided to students with disabilities throughout the state."".
