Capitol Flags

The New Mexico Legislature is pleased to fly your United States flag or New Mexico flag over the Capitol and provide you with a certificate to commemorate the occasion. The Legislature is not able to provide the flag for you, but you may purchase one at a variety of outlets. The dimensions of the flag you provide should be between 3'x5' to 5'x8'. You may bring or mail it to:

     Legislative Building Services
     Room 211, State Capitol
     Santa Fe, NM 87501

If you would like the flag mailed back to you, please provide a self-addressed stamped envelope. If you would like a certificate commemorating the occasion, be sure to tell us:

     1) the date you'd like the flag flown, if desired;
     2) the name of the individual or organization for which the flag is being flown, if desired; and
     3) the reason for flying the flag, if desired
