General Appropriation Act (House Bill 2) reflects authorized funding made by the Legislature for nearly all agencies, public schools and higher education institutes. The 2003 document identifies the Governor's line-item vetoes in red and the 2004 document identifies the Governor's line-item vetoes with line strikes.
