Your TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 39

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 25, after "judgments" strike the remainder of the line and on page 2, strike all of lines 1 through 3 and strike line 4 up to the period.

2. On page 2, line 18, after "judgments" strike the remainder of the line, strike all of lines 19 through 21 and strike line 22 up to the period.

3. On page 3, line 13, after "municipality" strike the remainder of the line, strike all of lines 14 through 16 and on line 17, strike "purposes".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
