has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 15 strike "One" and insert in lieu thereof "Pursuant to Section 6-21-6.1 NMSA 1978, one".

2. On page 1, line 17, strike "general" and insert in lieu thereof "public project revolving".

3. On page 1, line 22, strike "general" and insert in lieu thereof "public project revolving".
