AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE CARRIE TINGLEY CRIPPLED CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL'S NEUROBEHAVIORAL RESPITE PROGRAM FOR AMBULATORY CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL HEALTH CARE NEEDS.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2001 for the Carrie Tingley crippled children's hospital's neurobehavioral respite program for ambulatory children with special health care needs. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2001 shall revert to the general fund.
