AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO CONTRACT FOR AN ASSESSMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURE REQUIREMENTS FOR IMPLEMENTING AN ART AND BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY PROGRAM AT THE NEW INSTITUTE OF AMERICAN INDIAN ARTS CAMPUS.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 2001 to contract for an assessment of infrastructure requirements for implementing an art and business technology program at the new campus of the institute of American Indian arts in Santa Fe. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2001 shall revert to the general fund.
