Your TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 449

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 4, line 23, after "annual" strike the remainder of the line and on line 24, strike "settlement bonding fund" and insert in lieu thereof "distributions made pursuant to the master settlement agreement".

2. On page 4, line 24, strike "deposits" and insert in lieu thereof "distributions".
