Your TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 450

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 3, line 8, strike "reserve fund" and insert in lieu thereof "division of the general services department".

2. On page 3, line 17, after "appropriated" insert "and transferred".

3. On page 4, line 6, strike "May and November" and insert in lieu thereof "January and July".

4. On page 10, lines 4 and 5, strike "five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000)".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
