Your WAYS AND MEANS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 9, strike "reduced" and insert in lieu thereof "increased".

2. On page 8, between lines 14 and 15, insert the following new section:

"Section 11. DELAYED REPEAL.--The Technology Jobs Tax Credit Act is repealed effective January 1, 2006.".

3. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
