Your WAYS AND MEANS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 4, line 20, after "credit" insert "first".

2. On page 4, line 21, after "taxpayer's" insert "withholding

tax and thereafter the taxpayer's".

3. On page 4, line 21, strike the comma and insert in lieu

thereof "and".

4. On page 4, lines 21 and 22, strike "or withholding tax".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
