has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, lines 12 and 13, strike "AND SPECIFYING USES".

2. On page 1, line 14, strike the second semicolon and on line 15, strike "MAKING APPROPRIATIONS".

3. On page 3, line 11, strike "Beginning in fiscal year 2002, money" and insert in lieu thereof "Money".

4. On page 3, line 13, strike the brackets and line-through and the underscored language.

5. On page 3, line 14, after "section" strike the remainder of the line, strike all of lines 15 through 18 and insert in lieu thereof a period.

6. On page 3, line 20, after "fund" strike the bracket and line-through and strike the line-through on lines 21 through 25, and on page 4, strike the line-through on lines 1 through 8 and strike the line-through and bracket on line 9.

7. On page 4, line 9, strike the underscored language, strike all of lines 10 through 25 and on page 5, strike lines 1 through 7, and strike line 8 up to the period.

8. On pages 6 through 8, strike Section 4 in its entirety.
