has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:



1. On page 1, line 19, before "SECRETARY" insert

2. On page 1, line 19, strike "The".



3. On page 1, between lines 19 and 20, insert the following new subsection:



"A. The legislature finds that:



(1) the state of New Mexico does not support or oppose the establishment on state web sites of an online portal to an electronic commerce marketplace; and



(2) the state of New Mexico does not represent that consumers will pay less or more money when consumers make purchases on state web sites via an online portal to an electronic commerce marketplace.".



4. On page 1, line 20, before "secretary" insert "B. The".
