Your FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 123

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 8, lines 4 and 5, strike "Seven hundred sixty-two thousand dollars ($762,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "Two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000)".

2. On page 8, line 7, after "2001" insert "and four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the public regulation commission for expenditure in fiscal year 2001".
