AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PROVIDE MANAGEMENT, MARKETING AND PROMOTION SERVICES FOR AN INTERTRIBAL CEREMONIAL LOCATED IN GALLUP.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the tourism department for expenditure in fiscal year 2001 to contract for provision of management, marketing and promotion services for an intertribal ceremonial in Gallup located in McKinley county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2001 shall revert to the general fund.
