PROPOSED AMENDMENT DIRECTED TO A COMMITTEE

Mr. Chairman:

I propose to the SENATE FINANCE COMMITTEE the following amendments to

SENATE BILL 349

1. On page 1, line 15, strike "; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION".

2. On page 3, line 11, after the period strike the remainder of the line, strike all of lines 12 through 14 and on line 15, strike "legislature.".

3. On pages 4 and 5, strike Section 3 in its entirety.
