AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR EDUCATIONAL RADIO STATION KANW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the state department of public education for expenditure in fiscal year 2001 for operational funding of educational radio station KANW. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2001 shall revert to the general fund.
