FOR MODULAR HEAD START BUILDINGS AND FENCING IN THE BACA AND PREWITT AREAS OF MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

? to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

five hundred ninety thousand dollars ($590,000) to purchase, install, furnish and equip two modular head start buildings and to purchase and install security fencing in the Baca and Prewitt areas of McKinley county.
