REQUESTED BY

FOR EXPANSION OF THE BALLOON FIESTA PARK IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO

COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one million dollars ($1,000,000) to design and develop a portion of the Balloon Fiesta park, to include bridges, transit drop-off, game fields, landscaping and fencing improvements, a drainage study and a sanitary lift station in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
