FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO COMPLY WITH THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT OF

1990 AT THE FORT BAYARD MEDICAL CENTER IN GRANT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the capital program fund

seven hundred sixty-eight thousand dollars ($768,000) to plan, design, renovate and make improvements to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 at the Fort Bayard medical center in Grant county.
