FOR REAUTHORIZING A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION FOR THE MAGDALENA

MEDICAL HEALTH CLINIC IN SOCORRO COUNTY.

The balance of the proceeds from the sale of severance tax bonds appropriated to the local government division pursuant to Subsection CCCCC of Section 11 of Chapter 118 of Laws 1998 to equip the medical health clinic in Magdalena in Socorro county may also be expended to construct and furnish the clinic.
