FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN THE CITY OF BAYARD IN GRANT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for a public safety building in the city of Bayard in Grant county; and

to the office of the state engineer

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to acquire water rights for the city of Bayard in Grant county.
