FOR EQUIPMENT FOR THE BI-NATIONAL ADVANCED MANUFACTURE AND MANAGEMENT EDUCATIONAL ALLIANCE PROGAM AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) for equipment for the bi-national advanced manufacture and management educational alliance program at New Mexico state university in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
