SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 390 0390R

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

44TH LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION - 2000

REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN SENATE DISTRICT 7.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the department of environment

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) for the Soaring Eagle subdivision water improvement project in Eagle Nest in Colfax county; and

one hundred seventy-two thousand dollars ($172,000) for water and sewer line improvements in Cimarron in Colfax county;

to the state highway and transportation department

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to chip seal Curry road 22 from Curry road J to Curry road H in Curry county; and

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for improvements to five-mile park in the city of Tucumcari in Quay county; and

thirty thousand five hundred dollars ($30,500) to re-roof the public library in Springer in Colfax c county.
