REQUESTED BY

FOR CONSTRUCTING AN ADMINISTRATION AND CLASSROOM FACILITY FOR HEAD

START IN ARTESIA IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to construct an administration and classroom facility for head start in Artesia in Eddy county.
