FOR A MULTIPURPOSE BUILDING IN THE VILLAGE OF WILLARD IN TORRANCE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to plan, design, engineer and construct a multipurpose building in the village of Willard in Torrance county.
