FOR A SOCCER COMPLEX FOR ARTESIA SCHOOLS IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the state department of public education

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for a soccer complex for Artesia schools in the Artesia school district in Eddy county.
