FOR CHAPARRAL HIKING AND BIKING TRAIL IMPROVEMENTS IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to repair and improve hiking and biking trails in Chaparral in Dona Ana county.
