Synopsis of HGUAC Amendment



The House Government and Urban Affairs Committee amendment adopts the LFC recommendation for the Department of Game and Fish, and increases the following categories from Game Protection Fund revenues:



In-State Travel $50.0

Supplies and Materials 125.0

Contractual Services 100.0

Other Costs 111.6

$386.6



The new budget total for the Department of Game and Fish is $25,084.6.



Synopsis of Bill



House Bill 7 reflects the appropriation recommended by the Legislative Finance Committee for the FY2001 budgets for the Department of Game and Fish, Share with Wildlife program, and Endangered Species program.



FISCAL IMPLICATIONS



The bill, as amended, appropriates a total of $25,084.6 in game protection fund, game protection fund cash balances, general fund, other fund balances and federal funds to fund the programs and administrative operations of the Department of Game and Fish.
