Synopsis of Bill
HB289 appropriates $100.0 from the general fund to NMVSC for expenditure in FY 2001 to provide community-based rehabilitation and programs for homeless veterans. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of FY 2001 shall revert to the general fund.
