SUMMARY
Synopsis of Bill
House Bill 383 appropriates $300.0 from the general fund to contract for services to support community programs and services for children at the Issin Ryu facility in the Kirtland community in Albuquerque.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
This bill makes a general fund appropriation of $300.0 to the Local Government Division, DFA, for expenditure in FY01 for the purpose stated above. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of FY01 reverts to the general fund.
