Synopsis of Bill



HB 392 appropriates $450.0 from the general fund to Local Government Division of the Department of Finance and Administration for expenditure in FY00 and FY01 to provide for Taos County to contract for a boundary survey as per ancestral rights of the Linas area within the La Serna land grant in Taos county. The bill also provides for related geographic information systems mapping and necessary computer equipment. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of the fiscal year 2001 shall revert to the GF.
