SUMMARY



Synopsis of Bill



Senate Bill 221 appropriates $200.0 from the general fund to the office of cultural affairs to produce the Hispanic Culture festival, which is a premiere public event celebrating Hispanic contributions in New Mexico. Any unexpended balance will revert to the general fund.



FISCAL IMPLICATIONS



Aside from the appropriation made in the bill, Senate Bill 221 would have no fiscal impact on the Office of Cultural Affairs.
