SUMMARY
Synopsis of Bill
Senate Bill 270 appropriates $150.0 from the general fund to local government division of the Department of Finance and Administration for expenditure in FY 00 and FY01 to provide for Taos County to contract for a boundary survey of the Linas area within the La Serna land grant in Taos county and for related geographic information systems mapping and necessary computer equipment. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of the fiscal year 2001 shall revert to the GF.

FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The bill makes a general fund appropriation of $150.0 to DFA for FY00 and FY01.
