SUMMARY

Synopsis of Bill

SJM26 would direct GCCH to study the housing needs of people with multiple chemical sensitivity and to develop a plan to meet those needs. GCCH may have a blueprint for meeting those needs, as the agency recommended a book entitled, Prescriptions for a Healthy House: A Practical Guide for Architect, Builders, and Homeowners. Apparently, the book was written by an architect, a medical doctor and indoor environmental troubleshooter, and should provide a good basis for the agency to developing an action plan.
