Senate Memorial 27 remembers Lawrence B. Ingram as a statesman, department secretary and devoted New Mexican. It cites various instances of his life and career. The memorial extends condolences of the New Mexico Senate to the friends and family of Lawrence B. Ingram and directs that copies of the memorial be transmitted to his wife and family.
