Your APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 6

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 22, strike "a monthly access fee for

each circuit location to access" and insert in lieu thereof "an access fee for the cost of providing access to".

2. On page 2, line 11, before the period, insert "for

fiscal year 2001 only".
