SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number _______ to SENATE BILL 11

1. On page 1, line 12, after "HOSPICES" insert "AND HOSPITALS".

2. On page 2, line 12, after "doctors" insert a comma, strike "and" and after "osteopaths" insert "and hospitals".

3. On page 2, line 19, strike "and" and between lines 19 and 20 insert the following new paragraph:

"(2) "hospital" means a for-profit entity licensed and certified by the department of health as a hospital; and".

4. Renumber the succeeding paragraph accordingly.
