SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___6___ to SENATE BILL 15, as amended

Amendment sponsored by Senator Joseph J. Carraro

1. On page 114, line 9, strike "40,754.8" from the General Fund column and insert in lieu thereof "59,754.8".

2. On page 114, between lines 11 and 12, insert "The general fund appropriation to the medicaid waivers of the department of health includes nineteen million dollars ($19,000,000) to provide services to developmentally disabled persons not currently receiving these services under the state's developmental disabilities medicaid waiver program.".

3. Adjust all subtotals and totals accordingly.
