Mr. Speaker:

Your TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 103, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 22, after "thirty-four" insert "and fifty-seven hundredths".

2. On page 2, line 25, and on page 3, line 1, strike "four million five hundred thousand dollars ($4,500,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "four million eight hundred thousand dollars ($4,800,000)".

3. On page 3, lines 10 and 11, strike "Two million five hundred thousand dollars ($2,500,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "Two million eight hundred thousand dollars ($2,800,000)".

4. On page 3, line 24, strike "and".

5. On page 4, line 3, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof a semicolon and between lines 3 and 4, insert the following new paragraphs:

"(4) one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to class B counties with a population of more than sixty-two thousand but less than sixty-five thousand persons according to the 1990 federal decennial census; and

(5) one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to class B counties with a population of more than thirteen thousand but less than fifteen thousand persons according to the 1990 federal decennial census.".

6. On page 5, lines 12 and 13, strike "four million five hundred thousand dollars ($4,500,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "four million eight hundred thousand dollars ($4,800,000)",

and thence referred to the HOUSE APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
