HOUSE BILL 216

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

• On page 2, line 7, strike "deceased" and insert in lieu

thereof "decedent".

• On page 2, line 7, strike "husband, wife" and insert in

lieu thereof "spouse".

• On page 2, line 9, after "child," insert "as defined in

the New Mexico Probate Code,".

• On page 2, lines 10 and 11, strike both occurrences

of "husband or wife" and insert in lieu thereof "spouse".

• On page 2, line 12, strike "husband or wife" and insert

in lieu thereof "spouse".
