Your GOVERNMENT AND URBAN AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 259

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 19, strike "to fund", insert in lieu thereof "to contract for the provision of administration of" and after "encouraging" strike "very low-income".

2. On page 1, line 20, after "individuals", insert "whose income is at or below two hundred percent of the federal poverty guidelines".

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
