Your APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE CONSUMER AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 297

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 12, after "MAKING" insert "AN".

2. On page 1, line 13, strike "APPROPRIATIONS" and insert in lieu thereof "APPROPRIATION".

3. On page 3, line 3, strike "three" and insert in lieu thereof "two".

4. On pages 5 and 6, strike Sections 9 and 10 in their entirety.

5. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
