AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT DIVISION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF RAISING GUADALUPE COUNTY'S RESERVE FUND TO AN ACCEPTABLE LEVEL.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred four thousand dollars ($104,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local government division of the department of finance and administration for expenditure in fiscal years 2001 and 2002 for the purpose of raising Guadalupe county's reserve fund to an acceptable level. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of a fiscal year shall not revert to the general fund.
