has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 28, line 8, remove the brackets and line through "misdemeanor" and on line 9, strike "felony".

2. On page 29, lines 22 and 23, strike "is guilty of a fourth degree felony and".

3. On page 29, lines 23 through 25 and on page 30, line 1, remove the brackets and line-through.

4. On page 30, lines 1 and 2, strike the underscored language up to the period.,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
