MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PROVIDE LEGAL AND WEB SITE DESIGN SERVICES TO THE NEW MEXICO JUDICIAL EDUCATION CENTER AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO SCHOOL OF LAW INSTITUTE OF PUBLIC LAW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2002 to provide legal and web site design services to the New Mexico judicial education center at the university of New Mexico school of law institute of public law. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2002 shall revert to the general fund.
