HOUSE BILL 457

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, lines 14 and 15, strike "THAT THE CORRECTIONS DEPARTMENT PROVIDE".

2. On page 1, line 16, strike "FELONY".

3. On page 9, line 13, after the word "court" insert ", or drug court program approved by the court."

4. On page 11, line 5, strike "corrections department" and insert in lieu thereof "Department of Finance and Administration".

5. On page 11, line 8, strike the word "felony",

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
