MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO FUND PRINTING COSTS OF THE EIGHT NORTHERN INDIAN PUEBLOS VISITORS GUIDE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 2002 to match funds from the eight northern Indian pueblos and other sources for printing costs of the eight northern Indian pueblos visitors guide. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2002 shall revert to the general fund.
