HOUSE FLOOR AMENDMENT number __1____ to HOUSE BILL 623

1. On page 2, line 13, after the second occurrence of "year" insert "or omitted in a prior tax year".

2. On page 8, line 3, after "means" strike the remainder of the line, strike all of lines 4 and 5, strike line 6 up to the period and insert in lieu thereof "the consumer price index for all urban consumers published by the United States department of labor for the month ending September 30".
