HOUSE BILL 667

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, lines 11 and 12, strike "more than one charter school per district and not".

2. On page 2, line 13, strike "per charter school" and insert in lieu thereof "for all charter schools within the district".

3. On page 2, line 16, strike "more than two charter schools per district and not more".

4. On page 2, line 17, strike "per charter school" and insert in lieu thereof "for all charter schools within the district".

5. On page 2, line 20, strike "more than five charter schools per district and not".

6. On page 2, line 21, strike "per charter school" and insert in lieu thereof "for all charter schools within the district".

7. On page 2, lines 23 and 24, strike "more than seven charter schools per district and not".

8. On page 2, line 25, strike "per charter school" and insert in lieu thereof "for all charter schools within the district".
